Blueline offers end-to-end support — including a dedicated mentor for your new employee, regular check-ins, workplace advice, and disability awareness training. We work closely with you to make sure the placement is successful and that your workplace feels confident, supported, and inclusive.

People with disability work across all industries and in all kinds of roles — from trades and customer service to management and technical positions. Like anyone, it’s about matching the right person to the right role based on their skills, interests, and goals.

Not at all. In many cases, hiring someone with disability can actually reduce costs — thanks to lower turnover, fewer sick days, and potential financial supports. We can also help you navigate any funding available for workplace modifications or training.

Supported Employment

Our Supported Employment Program enables our team members with disability to access real work in a real work location.

Supported workers are involved in all areas of the laundry. Staff members also work alongside supported employees in each area to ensure support is offered throughout the working day.

Blueline Laundry is committed to empowering all staff to achieve their full potential. We provide full training with the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications.
